ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES MANAGER

WAY-FM has an immediate opening for an Administrative Services Manager in our Longmont office.  This position is responsible for maintaining the donor database including customer service to donors, managing the daily office operations including oversight of Office admin staff and is the Administrative Assistant to the General Manager.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong database management skills, customer service skills, know basic accounting and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.  Knowledge of Denari donor software, Access, SQL, MSQuery or Crystal are a plus.  Candidate will also have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented and organized, have a strong desire for accuracy, be able to multi-task, have good written and verbal skills and will be passionate about the outreach of WAY-FM.
